I was born and raised Blacksburg, VA; Graduated Virginia Military Institute, B.S. Biology; West Coast University, M.S. Engineering and Environmental Management. Retired USAF F-15E WSO; Married to the amazing Diana. Two sons, Reagan and Riley, One daughter, Grace Fell in love with the ocean when I dove John Pennekamp State in 1987; finally got certified (by our very own Ray) in 2017 amd haven’t stopped diving since.
