PADI Referral Diver Option

A PADI Referral Diver is a student who has completed part of their PADI Open Water Diver course with another PADI dive shop or instructor and would like to finish the remaining training dives with us in Destin, Florida.

This option is ideal for students who have already completed their PADI eLearning, knowledge development, and/or confined water (pool) sessions elsewhere and need to complete their PADI Open Water training dives with a different dive center.

How the PADI Referral Process Works

Your original PADI dive shop or instructor will provide official PADI referral paperwork documenting the portions of the course you have already completed. We review this paperwork and then conduct the remaining required training dives according to PADI standards.

You will not need to repeat training you have already completed, as long as your referral paperwork is current and complete.

What You’ll Complete With Us

Depending on your referral status, your training with us may include:

• PADI-required Open Water training dives

• Completion of required open water skills

• Dive site briefings and local conditions overview

• Instructor-led supervision in local Gulf waters

• Final paperwork to complete your PADI certification

Pricing

• $375 — Referral Diver using your own scuba gear

• $475 — Referral Diver using our rental scuba gear

Pricing covers professional instruction and training dives. Rental option includes standard scuba equipment.

What You’ll Need

To participate as a PADI Referral Diver, you must provide:

• Official PADI Referral Form

• Proof of completed PADI eLearning and confined water training

• Completed PADI Medical Questionnaire (physician approval if required)

• Personal dive gear (if not selecting rental option)
